Generally speaking, when one combines thinking with certain ideals, then action to subvert the status quo may be the outcome. Some may view such action as leadership. This can be a good thing, though not always. But in either case, leadership serves to enact greater change that would otherwise happen without intervention.
A leader may not have a greater capacity to think than his or her followers, but they do have a particular drive, while followers emphasize other drivers that reflect their actions. In all, the leader is no “better” than a follower, just that we all have a part to play in the unfolding of life and our participation in it.

So true Giovanni as everyone is gifted in certain ways and I think that you point that out well here. Leadership is not any better than those that follow the leadership, just have different roles. That is the respective way for us to treat one another and I know this Monitium team upholds this very principal in high regards.
