We all know what’s been happening in the World of Real Estate the past few years. I mean, The Housing Market has been turned upside-down
Five or six years ago real estate was the place to be. Things certainly have changed… You Realtors have been working twice as hard, and for half the money!
So My Question To You Is….
WHO DO YOU KNOW THAT WOULD LIKE TO CAPITALIZE ON WHERE THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IS GOING, BY USING THE INTERNET? Read the rest of this entry

Two very important ingredients you need when starting your own business are “why” you are starting it, and “how” you are going to make it happen. You can also describe this as your journey and your destination.
Your destination is the big picture vision of what you want your future and your life to look like. For each of us that is different. You could get the impression that the only desire of business builders is to have a multi-million dollar business, a massive house and a gas-guzzling car. My brother-in-law wants a better future for his children environmentally, and I do NOT want to spend my life cleaning an oversized house. Read the rest of this entry

Without a sense of your deepest motivations, desires and dreams, the anchor of your future success would otherwise not well meet the challenge of standing strong in the midst of any even slight wind of adversity. Taking for granted that no success comes without adversity, it is an essential practice to understand that, which anchors you to your most stable sense of self. With that in mind, one of the goals I aspire to is the refinement of my awareness so as to make decisions that best lead to a true representation of my character.
Essentially, this is related to the ongoing journey of knowing thyself, the subset of which is knowing your why. Read the rest of this entry

Why Monitium you say? Here’s a good reason why people are joining Monitium. People are learning the benefits of the home business model and joining is easy. But the hard part comes when people try to make money in it. After lots of money spent and time away from the family they realize products don’t move on their own and they search for ways to create a good solid customer base. People find out they need training on what works and what they enjoy doing. They need to choose what’s best for them to have success.
These people want to know how to access certain things to provide solutions for people : Read the rest of this entry

I understand you want to know how Monitium can help your present set-up?
I imagine you’ve worked diligently to get to where you are now, and you’re not taking anything for granted when it comes to getting ahead, protecting your interests and keeping your downline relationships intact. Unfortunately, because you (and as we all) have worked our downline under company contract, we have one guarantee – the Company owns us and the DL we created. Whatever agenda the Company has, or if it goes soft, you can bet we don’t play a part in that company’s future if their bottom line dictates otherwise. For example, Eiro Research recently went under, and their top marketers were not given a heads up until it was too late. Thank you very much! We’re walking the sharp edge of the precipice where our marketer’s agreement is nothing more that an MLM Company owner’s way of keeping us in their control. Not many marketers have a close look at their Company’s P & P document, but that control is locked in and legally binding.
So, what can Monitium do for your present set-up under the MLM you’re working for under these circumstances? I’d like to re-frame the question and ask instead: What will Monitium do to ensure that your present circumstances do not abruptly end so that you’re left having to deal with a company policy heavily weighted in favor of themselves, leaving you to pick up the pieces and rebuild again with another company just to get back where you once were? As I have introduced Monitium to experienced network marketers, internet marketers and some attraction marketers, an objection I have heard from several of them is that, while Monitium’s concept is a great idea, it has been tried before and it hasn’t worked. At first I didn’t believe it, but it turns out, these people were right. I have to admit, I was stunned! I was stunned that these bright, entrepreneurial people, who by their own admission thought Monitium was a great idea, would object simply because others had already tried it, but failed. If we all thought like this, we would still be reading by candlelight. Read the rest of this entry

In the normal course of events, when you sign a contract to become an independent marketer of an MLM company, you are beholden to the owner of that company for your continued remuneration. Your independence is illusory, as without the goodwill of the MLM owner, your business is over, just like that. The term “independent” is useful to your MLM owner (your “master”) in that the owner has greater flexibility in severing your contract at their whim. It happens way too often, and it is a bane of the industry that needs to be rectified.
Serving a master is weighted to the needs of an MLM company, where marketers are directed to focus on distributing a narrow spread of company product/services. The MLM owner doesn’t want you to run your own business as you see fit, or maintain a portfolio of companies that would provide a wide spread of product/services to your network. This One-Company-Centric strategy is not conducive to an authentic relationship-based paradigm that emphasizes the discretionary nature of your consumer network. People need choices and they need to trust you to provide them with a meaningfully extensive catalog of useful product and services. Without that, consumers inherently know you are obliged to your company line of products and cannot be objective in catering to their needs. Your trust value is lowered; you are not a true broker for their needs.
Focusing on the needs of your prospect/client allows better service, as well as branding you a leader. Enhanced service would naturally include a portfolio of companies. Read the rest of this entry

There is a revival fire spreading in the MLM industry.
The blogosphere is teeming with reviews about a new company called Monitium that is about to bring humongous changes to the way we do network marketing all together.
Yes, when I heard of this at first, I thought this is another MLM company or MLM school like MLSP or ISS, but boy was I wrong.
I was introduced to Monitium late last year and I had a hard time trying to figure out what makes Monitium so unique. Here is what I gathered. Read the rest of this entry
